Insurance
We are out-of-network providers; therefore, we are not in-network with any private insurance. There are numerous advantages to working with an out-of-network therapist. Such an arrangement offers privacy, freedom of choice in selecting the therapist you wish, and freedom from insurance-related restrictions such as limits on session frequency, duration, and the treatment course. If your insurance plan includes out-of-network coverage, our services may be partially reimbursed by your insurer. We can provide you with a document called a Superbill upon your request. However, a psychiatric diagnosis is typically required for insurance reimbursement.
*We are unable to provide services to individuals who have Medicaid due to the contractual agreements between the patient and Medicaid. If you have Medicaid, you must seek mental health services from a Medicaid provider.
Payment
Payment by credit or debit card, HSA/Flex-Spending account is due on the day of your treatment.
Cancellation Policy
We require that you notify us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment if you request a change of schedule or cancellation (Friday requests for Monday changes). If you do not arrive for your scheduled appointment within the first 15 minutes of the session, you will be expected to pay the full cost of the missed session. Exceptions are made of uncontrollable circumstances and health-related emergencies.
